In all the achievements of the Society, there lies the workmanship of the Founder of the Society, Late Dr.K.Lakshma Reddy has a vast experience in running educational institutions right from the year 1988. With noble idea of bringing the higher education closure to the rural student community of the place, he has started this Society along with other eminent people of the place, having same ideology of rural development, as office bearers of the Society. The Society believes in imparting the education with proper planning and execution of the same in practical.

Smt. K. Sindhu, the daughter of Dr. K. Lakshma Reddy, has taken on a significant role as the General Secretary within the Boon Education, Environment, and Rural Development Society. Her inclusion as the youngest member among the society’s office bearers serves as a testament to her exceptional capabilities and unwavering commitment.

With an illustrious academic background, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the SP Jain Institute of Management, Australia, earning the highest distinction of First-Class. Subsequently, she completed her master’s in business administration (MBA) from Harvard University, USA. Her educational journey underscores her unwavering dedication to achieving excellence and her enthusiasm for intellectual rigor. In the organization, her role holds a pivotal position in overseeing financial stewardship.

Smt. K. Nagamani Leads with a heart rooted in education and a vision that transcends boundaries, ensuring that every student not only achieves academic excellence but also grows as a responsible and compassionate individual.

A dynamic Women Entrepreneur and Administrator, she has dedicated over 20 years to the fields of Education and Social Service. Known for her expertise in Educational Administration, Innovation, Team Building, and Family Persona, she has made significant contributions to society.
